Florida Huddle is an one-on-one appointment tradeshow. Typical Florida Suppliers that attend are CVBs, Hotels, Resorts, Attractions and Parks. Each appointment is 12 minutes long, with three minutes for "travel time". After you registered and paid, you will receive your login to your Huddle Dashboard, where you can review the profiles of all attending tour operators, wholesalers and media.

The Appointment Requesting Period opens on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 12 pm EST. During that period, you can request your one-on-one appointments. You will not be able to see the requests made by others. This period will close on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at 11:59 pm EST. Afterwards, all requests will be matched by our algorithm! Mutual requests first, then requests made by you and finally requests made by the Florida Suppliers.

Once you receive your schedule, you are able to add, reschedule or cancel any of your appointments via your Huddle Dashboard.

Single Booth (2023 pricing)

$2,600

- One 10' x 10' booth
- One full conference registration
- Up to 40 one-on-one appointments
- Non-Partner cost: $3,400

Optional:
- Up to two additional non-appointment taking badge ($495 / $645 each). Must be from the same organization, sharing is not permitted in Single Booths.

Single-Plus Booth (2023 pricing)

$4,400

- One 10' x 10' booth
- Two full conference registrations. 
- Two appointment books, with up to 40 one-on-one appointments each. Appointments will not duplicate.
- You will be able to add the second registration and appointment book in your Huddle Dashboard after registration and payment have been made.
- Non-Partner cost: $5,700

Optional:
- Up to two additional non-appointment taking badge ($495 / $645 each). Must be from the same organization, sharing is not permitted in Single Plus Booths.

Double Booth (2023 pricing)

$5,000

- Two 10' x 10' booths
- Two full conference registrations
- Two appointment books, with up to 40 one-on-one appointments each.
- Booth sharing is permitted. Primary registering organization will be the main contact. You will be able to add the second registration and appointment book in your Huddle Dashboard after registration and payment have been made.
- Non-Partner cost: $6,500

Optional:
- Up to four additional non-appointment taking badges ($495 / $645 each).
