Florida Huddle is a one-on-one appointment tradeshow showcasing all the Sunshine State offer international and domestic tour operators, wholesalers and media.Hosted buyers include international and domestic tour operators, wholesalers, OTAs and airline delegates. Registration is free and includes a full book of appointments that you select, deluxe accommodations in Ocala, FL and all networking events. Once approved, you will receive your login to the Huddle dashboard, where you can review the profiles of all attending Florida suppliers and much more! Please note that if you wish for more than two delegates to attend on behalf of your company, this will need to be approved on a case-by-case basis and additional fees might apply.

The Appointment Requesting Period will open in early January, 2025. During this time, you can request one-on-one appointments. You will not be able to see the requests made by others. Afterwards, all requests will be matched by our AI system! Mutual requests first, then requests made by you and finally requests made by the Florida Suppliers. Each appointment is 12 minutes long, with three minutes for "travel time.

Once you receive your schedule, you are able to add, reschedule or cancel any of your appointments via your Huddle Dashboard.
